Amhi Marathi, Bedford would like to celebrate the auspicious festival of Shri Ganesh Chaturthi with our friends and families. It gives us great pleasure to invite you all to be a part of this fun filled day, it is our humble effort to introduce the next generation to our most beloved festival and traditions . Highlights of the day include * Ganesh pooja and aarathi. * Performances by Bedford's young talents and parents * Special performance by professional singers. * Many more fun activities and delicous Indian food. * Ganesh Visarjan Prices : £15 per adult (12 years and above) £5 per child ( 6 -12 years), Kids below 5 years go free. About Our Community

Bedford Indian Community aims to unite and represent the diverse Indian communities based in Bedfordshire irrespective of faith, language, caste and region. Our aim is to encourage and promote the Indian heritage, culture, arts and values all under one roof and to encourage the younger generation to enrich their life with the richness of the social / cultural values of India.

We work with the local authorities, voluntary organisations, different community and faith groups and inhabitants in a common effort to advance community cohesion and cultural integration.We are also instrumental in successfully conducting the annual festival of lights- event for the last 6 years with the help of different community groups based in Bedford.
